The right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory body in relation to our processing of your personal data.

How do we protect data and to whom do we entrust it and make it available?

SkyBlow makes every effort to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and protected against loss, destruction, disclosure, access by unauthorized persons or misuse. We guarantee the confidentiality of all data provided to us by taking effective security and data protection measures. In order to ensure the operation of our website, when necessary, we share your data with the following processors with whom we cooperate.

How do we protect information? We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We guarantee that your personal data will not be processed for a period longer than that required by law or provided for in our internal regulations. The criteria for determining the time of data processing for specific purposes are described in the further part of the Privacy Policy.

What data do we process, for what purpose, for how long, in what place and on what legal basis?

Data related to the user's account

The main purpose of the processing of personal data and other information by SkyBlow is to maintain the website oFeatures.com and related websites, to provide secure and guaranteed performance of services to users and to improve and upgrade the functionality of our services and products.
We collect “Non-Personal Information”, “Personal Information” and necessary data used for the proper functioning of our services, such as customer service requests. Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, entering/exiting of pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes among others your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, company details.

Personal Information: except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We do share personal information with vendors who are performing services for the company, such as the hosting services, services for email communications who are provided with access to a user’s email address for the purposes of sending emails from us. A full list of Sub-Processors may be found above. The Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us to communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers. Transaction data, including personal data, can be transferred to PayLane Sp. z o.o. located in Gdańsk at Arkońska 6/A3, zip code: 80-387, www.paylane.com, company number: 0000227278, in order to process your payments.

Non-Personal Information. We use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyse usage patterns on the site. Your data will be processed during the time you use your account, and in the event of its liquidation, expiration or termination of the contract for electronic services (regardless of the reason and grounds for its termination), no longer than necessary for the purposes of handling complaints and claims related to using our services (statutory period of limitation for claims). Data related directly to the oFeatures.com customer service website is stored on Hekko.pl servers in Poland.

Data related to billing

On our website you can create a user account by filling in the registration form. Provision of some of the data is necessary for use of the services and the functionality of your account. If they are missing the result will be a limiting of the ability to provide certain services and functionalities. In addition to the data whose provision is marked as "obligatory", the provision of other data is voluntary.
The legal basis for processing will be art. 6 par. 1 let. b GDPR (necessities for performing a contract for the provision of electronic services).

If you use our paid services, we will process your personal data to the extent necessary to make claims, such as invoicing and payment processing. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the settlement documents is art. 6 par. 1 let. c GDPR (fulfilment of the legal obligation of the administrator, e.g. issuing an invoice). Data in this area will be processed up to the time limitation for claims arising from contracts. In addition, all accounting documents issued, e.g. invoices, are included in the accounting documentation kept by SkyBlow, therefore your data will be processed in this respect for the period of time required by law.

Data related to the creation of statistics on the use of oFeatures.com

We monitor the quality of our services because we want it to be of the highest standard. For this purpose, we keep statistics on the use of specific functions and websites and mobile applications belonging to SkyBlow by using: internal analytical tools, statistical tools provided by partners providing analytical services.

To achieve this goal, we process information about your activity on oFeatures.com websites (e.g. oFeatures.com websites and pages visited by you, the amount of time spent on the website, your IP address, location, device ID and information on the browser and operating system which you use). The legal basis for data processing is art. 6 par. 1 let. f GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest, consisting in facilitating users to use the services provided by us electronically and improving the functionality of these services.

Data related to the securing of claims

In order to determine, investigate and enforce claims, we may process certain personal data that you provide, in particular your name, contact details (e-mail address, telephone number), data on the use of our services (if the claims result from the way in which you use our services) and other data that will be necessary to prove the existence of the claim, its execution and defence against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities. The legal basis for data processing is art. 6 par. 1 let f GDPR, i.e. our legally legitimate interest. The data in this area are processed up to the specific statutory time limitation of claims. However, the processing of data will only cover their storage, with the exclusion of any other operations on these data, subject to different SkyBlow obligations specified in applicable regulations or imposed on SkyBlow by authorized bodies.

Risks associated with the use of electronic services

You should know that when using services provided electronically, in case of inadequate care for the security of your data, you expose yourself, among others, to the risk of:

Interference in your data by unauthorized persons who can view, copy, modify, and delete your data,
Interference of third parties in the transmission of information between your system and our system,
Receiving of unwanted e-mail,
Infect of your system with malware,
Attempts to obtain your data (phishing),
Counterfeiting of protocols and security certificates.

To minimize the above risks:

Do not give your password and login to anyone else, Always use up-to-date software versions, e.g. browsers, Check the certificate before logging in to the website. How to create a login and password? Since you provide a login and password yourself, you should remember that the login must contain at least 6 characters, and the password must contain at least 6 characters, including at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, and at least one number or one special character (e.g. !, @, #,%, &).
